Reza Molana is a Public Affairs professional with more than 10 years experience in the industry. In the past, he has been working for multiple consulting firms and big companies namely Michelin, Danone, and APRIL group – a leading pulp & paper industry company.
He started his career as a corporate lawyer which equipped him with a profound understanding of how regulations and policies function in Indonesia.
He has an extensive experience in engaging with government officials from multiple ministries and has been involved in numerous advocacy projects representing clients from various industry sectors.

With over 8 years of experience in media monitoring and analytics, Amal has a strong foundation in understanding media landscapes and crafting effective communication strategies. Started his career as a media analyst, honing his media analysis skills and gaining insights into media influence and public perception. He also built media relations and strategic communication expertise during his professional period.
Amal has worked for various industries, including Tourism, Technology, Food & Beverage (F&B), and Banking. His roles involved evaluating media coverage, measuring the impact of PR campaigns, and providing actionable insights to enhance communication efforts.
At Prajna, Amal supports the Public Affairs division, managing clients’ such as tiket.com and BlueScope, also engaging with prominent stakeholders such as government institutions and regulatory agencies to help them navigate regulatory environments, manage their public image, and engage effectively with key stakeholders.

Initially cutting his teeth as a journalist at REPUBLIKA for over a decade, Akbar honed his skills in media dynamics and storytelling, laying a robust foundation for his future endeavors. Armed with a Master’s degree in Communication Science from Universitas Budi Luhur, he has navigated through diverse roles that have shaped his expertise. Transitioning from journalism to consultancy, Akbar has seamlessly integrated his journalistic acumen into strategic communication and research.
Akbar is also deeply engaged in academia, sharing his knowledge as a lecturer at several prestigious universities, including IPB University and Universitas Indonesia. Akbar’s intellectual curiosity extends to the realm of literature, as evidenced by his participation of eight books publication since 2017 which serve as a testament to his commitment to offering invaluable insights to both practitioners and scholars alike. Through his multifaceted contributions, Akbar continues to shape and elevate the communication landscape in Praxis.
Amir A. Gofur

With over 20 years of experience as a communication strategist, Amir has navigated various sectors including government ministries, state-owned enterprises, and private companies, alongside political figures within Indonesian governmental institutions and the House of Representatives (DPR RI).
Graduating masters from Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, Amir has spearheaded communication programs for ministries such as Public Works and Public Housing, Education, State-Owned Enterprises, and more. Additionally, he has been involved with electoral institutions like the General Elections Commission (KPU) and the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu).
In recent years, Amir has extended his expertise into the private sector, managing strategic communication initiatives for companies such as PT Freeport Indonesia, Eramet, tiket.com, BlueScope, and MARS. Having more than 18 years experience in communication and public policy, Sofyan has worked and handled clients in various government and private institutions, both national and international. With a specialization in crisis communications, Sofyan emphasizes public affairs as a complementary approach to Praxis services.
Sofyan has worked as an expert at the Financial Services Authority, the National Development Planning Agency, the Coordinating Ministry for Political, Law and Human Rights, the Ministry of Communication and Information, and the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.

Oddi Arma
Content Strategy Specialist
Starting as a reporter and data management in the 2006 Aceh Regional Election Media Centre Programme at the Aceh Independent Election Committee (KIP), which was a UNDP grant project, Oddi Arma was then entrusted as a reporter, editor, data management and media monitoring in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Information and Communication Centre Programme (2007-2009) and the 2009 Election Media Centre, both of which were also UNDP grant programmes.
After these two programmes, Oddi became a PR consultant, media analyst and creative writing consultant to more than 22 ministries/institutions, co-authored several books and became a columnist at the detik.com portal.
In addition to being a PR consultant, Oddi is also a screenwriter and has directed dozens of multimedia products for various ministries/institutions ranging from fillers, public service announcements, news documentaries, advocacy videos and social media content videos.
Garda Maharsi
Policy Research Specialist
Garda holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Gadjah Mada University. Started his career as researcher in various Research & Development projects, he is experienced in scientific, creative, and strategic writings.
He continued his Master’s degree in European Studies from University of Indonesia, graduated in 2023. With 7 years experience handling projects with governmental institutions such as House of Representatives, Ministry of Social, Ministry of Religion, and various state owned enterprises, Garda is capable in public policy and public opinion research. He also writes poems, teaches philosophy at various scientific forums.
Garda now is assisting various projects, such as public opinion research, corporate social responsibility, and public policy impacts on corporation ecosystems.
